Payment terms for tour packages
- A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is due when your booking is confirmed.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation and refunds
75% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
30% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Special arrangement for cancellations less than 15 days before arrival: Your non-refundable deposit will be held as credit towards a future booking with Eldeak Tours. At your request, this credit may be transferred to a friend or family member.
Children, guests with special needs and students
Valid identification must be presented at the time of booking where required to qualify for the following concessions.
- Children up to and including 6 years of age receive free admission to all archaeological sites.
- Children aged 6 to 12 receive a 50% reduction on admission fees.
- Guests with special needs receive free admission to the listed sites and attractions, regardless of age.
- Guests over the age of 12 are considered adults.
- Children up to the age of 12 and guests with special needs receive a 30% reduction on the total tour package price. This reduction applies to the tour price; admission fees are covered by the arrangements above.
Personal travel proposals
The precise services included, tour price, payment schedule and any variations will be set out in your personal travel proposal and booking confirmation. If there is any inconsistency, the terms individually agreed with you in writing take precedence.
