Can a tour be adapted to my wishes?+
Yes. Duration, pace, accommodation, excursions and special requirements can all be tailored personally. The published tours are starting points and inspiration.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to a booking?+
No. Your enquiry is entirely non-binding. We will first send you a personal proposal, and you can discuss every detail with us at your leisure.
How do I pay for my tour?+
A 50% deposit is due after confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.
What happens if I need to cancel?+
Refunds depend on the cancellation date. For short-notice cancellations, the non-refundable deposit may be retained as transferable credit for a future journey.
Are the tours suitable for families?+
Yes. Programmes can be adapted for children, families and travellers with special needs. Any applicable discounts are considered in your personal proposal.
